The website provides general mortgage education, information about loan programs, team and contact information, planning tools, and links to individual loan officers’ secure applications and client portals. It is intended for adults who are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

3. No loan offer, approval, or commitment

Nothing on this website is an application approval, commitment to lend, rate lock, Loan Estimate, pre-approval, prequalification, or guarantee of a loan program, rate, payment, fee, term, or closing date. A mortgage decision requires a completed application, supporting documentation, credit and property review, underwriting, applicable disclosures, and satisfaction of lender, investor, and licensing requirements.

4. Calculators and examples

Calculator results and examples are estimates for educational use. 5. Applications, communications, and sensitive information

Each loan officer may use an individual secure 1003 application and client login. If you use “Help Me Choose,” your inquiry may first be directed to Henry Cheng so it can be assigned to an appropriate licensed loan officer. Submission of an inquiry does not create a lender-borrower, fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship and does not obligate either party to proceed.

Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, bank account information, tax returns, identification documents, or other sensitive financial information by ordinary email, text, or social media. Use only the secure portal provided by your loan officer.

We may respond by email, telephone, or text when you request contact or otherwise provide permission. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of obtaining mortgage services, and you may request that non-required marketing stop.

6. Permitted and prohibited use
